My priority is to bring happiness and well-being to my clients’ lives by restoring their mental balance. I strive to help you break free from old habits, develop healthy coping skills, and find new ways to respond to life’s challenging situations.
For couples and families who experience relationship conflicts, who may be adjusting to life’s transitions such as leaving for college, or just want to make sure their family is functioning to their fullest potential, couples counseling can be highly valuable.
Therapy sessions are scheduled weekly or biweekly and last approximately 50 minutes.
